How can I return my order ?
Our purpose is to ensure your complete satisfaction.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the day you received the products purchased on www.ishwarajewels.com
The shipping costs for returning the package are charged to the customer and the full amount of the products purchased will be refunded except for the shipping cost which will in any case be charged to the customer. Shipping costs will be deducted even if they are free. (5 euros for Italy, for other countries consult the Shipping policy section).
Once our warehouse receives the returned item and the article has been checked, we will proceed to refund you. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method you used when placing the order.
If the order was placed using the following payment methods: Klarna/PayPal, at the time of return, the fixed costs that these platforms charge the brand will be deducted from the refund.
These expenses amount to:
Klarna: 0.35 euros per transaction and 5% on the total purchase amount
Paypal: 3.6% on the total purchase amount.
In order to avoid the unfortunate case of the package getting lost, we always recommend to ship your return with a tracked shipping option.
To receive another jewel in exchange of the returned one, it is necessary to place a new order.
If you accept a damaged, crushed, broken or open parcel, Ishwara Jewels won’t guarantee a possible refund of a damaged/missing item.
The shipping costs incurred upon purchase are non-refundable.
Ishwara Jewels customer service must be contacted via the “contact us” area or by email info@ishwarajewels.com in the most appropriate timing, considering that the return must be delivered to the courier within 14 working days from receipt of the order. Furthermore:
– the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
– the ISHWARA guarantee must still be shipped with the products;
– the products must be returned in their original packaging, which must reach the Seller intact. Therefore, the return shipment must take place according to suitable procedures and with suitable means to protect the products and the Ishwara box. If this is not the case, the Seller announces that the cost of the packaging equal to € 5 will be deducted from the refund;
– the returned products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date you received the products.
The possibility of withdrawing the items is excluded in the following cases:
– if the jewel has been personalized or “made to measure” at the request of the customer
If you have complied with all the required conditions, the Seller will refund you the price of the purchased products, remaining at your expense only for the return costs, i.e. those for returning the purchased products to the Seller.
Refund times and methods
After the Seller has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return. Whatever payment method you use (credit / debit card/Paypall/Klarna), the refund is activated by the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which it came to knowledge of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, reimbursing the cost of the purchased product. Instead, all shipping costs at the time of purchase and at the time of return remain the responsibility of the customer.
The actual time for crediting or returning the sums you paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used.
